Tejas Broadcasting LP, LTD has agreed to acquire KICA AM and KKYC FM licensed to Clovis, New Mexico from Tallgrass Broadcasting LLC.*  The Seller, Tallgrass Broadcasting is in receivership and David Rhoades of Tulsa is serving as the court appointed Receiver.

Bill Whitley of our Dallas office served as the exclusive broker for this transaction representing the Receiver.
