Antonio F. Gois and Helena R. Gois have agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WSPR-AM, Springfield, MA, from Edmund Dinis of New Bedford, MA.*

The buyers currently own radio station WACM-AM in Springfield. The seller also owns radio station WJFD-FM in New Bedford.

Robert J. Maccini represented the Seller in this transaction.
