High Country Adventures, LLC  has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WECR-FM, WATA-AM, WMMY-FM, WECR-AM, WZJS-FM, and WXIT-AM, serving Boone, North Carolina from George R. Reed, Receiver, Aisling Broadcasting of Banner Elk, LLC.*
